Great value for the price.

Wifi quality was good and the rooms had a safe box. The view of the area from the hotel was gorgeous The buffet breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is located at the top of a hill in town, so this can be an inconvenience if you have mobility issues. The hotel needs updating The pool is not well maintained.

Basic but great service

Staff were amazing. Always happy to help. Greets us with smiles every single day. Daily shuttle. Waiting staff always ready to be of service. Also rooftop views beautiful. Made an effort to make NYE event special, with buffet Nd fireworks.

Could improve on amenities. Air-conditioning dripping. Towels and beddings require upgrade. They are thinning and have discoloured from being overwashed.

Best breakfast in the Philippines! Very friendly and helpful staff

Unfortunately the pool was not working. We advised management that we would have liked prior notice. They were very apologetic and we were compensated for the inconvenience. It would not stop me recommending staying there

Wonderful staff with a lovely view and great value for money

The staff were extra accommodating, polite and always smiling. They would always make sure you are attended to All requests granted. I love the free shuttle. Love the size of the room, the resto on site with good food and the lovely view

The pool looks old, towels were not white. Would be good the change them. The beach towels they provided were full of stain and old. It doesn't look good for others to see Especially it is carrying their name.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful and the breakfast is just excellent. When we arrived we had an issue as the pool was not useable but the owners dealt with our concerns quickly and to our satisfaction. The hotel has outstanding views and the complimentary shuttle service to the town was excellent. They dropped you off where you requested and did the same with pick up.

I would very much have liked a bedside light to turn off when I was ready to go to sleep .

Great staff, free shuttle to the city upon request, wonderful view, quiet location, and a great breakfast.

Wifi- besides the fact that the reception in many Filipino hotels is pretty bad, the login code system in this particular one is not the smartest: they give you printed codes at the frond desk (one per device) and it keeps kicking you out, claiming it has reached the max amount of users for this particular code, so then you need to go grab more of these printed codes from the front desk, and pray it won’t happen again in the next few hours.

Staffs are accomodating and nice with free shuttle to town. Also i would like to commend kuya driver for returning my wallet . I left it on the shuttle when transfer to another hotel . He went back to our hotel just to return my wallet. I was so relieved and happy because all my money and cards are there. Godbless you kuya driver

first visit to Philippines in general but they made me say it will not be the last for sure.

All the staff are the best, I liked them all from the security who welcomes you at the entrance to all the receptionist and the restaurant chiefs. they are all super cool and friendly they made me enjoy everything at the hotel.

I was finding many times ants in the drawers in the room. they are good to have a shuttle service from and to the town center but sometimes your in the town and you will text them on whatsapp to come pick you and they don’t see the message so you will wait and when you give up you will walk or take something to dip you back.

ok place great view

the place had a beautiful view and amazing stuff . the room was decent . very clean . they had a restaurant and it ok . food is hard in the Philippines so it was helpful to have the restaurant in the hotel

the pool and the gym was extremely rundown I wish they would put little effort to fix it .. in general value for money in the Philippines is hard to get .

A peaceful, comfortable hotel

I moved to this hotel after 5 days in town for more peace which I found. The location is great, easy to get into town shuttle or 15 min walk. It’s nice to have the option of an on sight restaurant, which was quite good. Buffet breakfast really nice, it had fruit!!. Staff absolutely amazing.

I bought the tours from them. They were more expensive but was convenient at the time.

my family (4 couples)is planning to go back to coronavirus and we’re looking for some place that doesn’t require to go

we like the location as well as the pool, lounge(dining area). we like the ambiance like nature.

try to improve your gym. put exhaust fan, repair some bench press, try to put some large mirrors.

It exceeded expectations

the view was gorgeous, the room was okay but we did book the budget option so maybe the nicer rooms would have a different experience. Complimentary breakfast was good, and so was the menu for their restaurant

The massage we booked through the hotel, that was done in a massage room?, was okay. My partner and I were massaged at the same time, and the aircon was so loud. One of the beds was also unstable, so my partner complained that it felt like they just kept shaking through out the massage.

a bit rundown hotel with great view and free shuttle

– the free shuttle for the town is probably the best feature – their care for their customers – variable options for breakfast – great view for the town – we had a problem with our booking and they shorted everything for us

– some rusty and outdated furniture (mainly in wc) – noise / dj at night, and building is not soundproofed (we were with a baby and were placed in the first bedroom near the live music and dinner room) – very noisy AC and fridge – ants always in the room

Awesome stay at skylodge!

The staff were amazing and really helpful, you get free shuttle rides to and from town. We stayed in the tree house which was nice and comfortable. The breakfasts included were great Filipino dishes, I would totally stay here and recommend it to anyone!

Only thing was in the bathoom of the tree house, when taking a shower the whole thing would flood with water, we had to to buld a towel damn to try stop it

Quite place just outside the Town Proper

The room was was spacious and very clean and included with the room was a buffet breakfast. The resort offers free shuttle bus service to and from Coron Town. Very quite place away from the town noices.

The buildings of the resort are not all connected internally and if you need to go to the reception or restaurant you need to go outside. One day we got soaking wet to to the restaurant for breakfast. The resort is up a hill and if you want to be directly next to all restaurants dont look at this resort.
